How do I charge my E-ZoneGuard PRO Rechargeable Repellers?

Place the repeller on any open charging port on the charging dock. Make sure the bottom of the repeller is sitting securely on the port. When the repeller is charging, the Battery Indicator LEDs will pulse.

Tip: If the LEDs do not pulse, remove the repeller and place it back on the charging port to ensure a good connection.

Where is the best place to put my repeller?

Thermacell mosquito repellent products are designed for outdoor spaces with minimal air movement. For best results, install or place devices in guest-use areas such as restaurant patios, pool decks, resort gathering spaces, outdoor dining areas, and other commercial outdoor environments where guests spend time.

For optimal coverage, position devices close to the ground and throughout the protected area according to the recommended spacing guidelines. This helps create a consistent repellent zone for guests to enjoy.
