Troubleshooting

What should I do if my E-ZoneGuard Pro Rechargeable Repeller won't turn on?

If your E-ZoneGuard Rechargeable Repeller does not turn on, try the following troubleshooting steps:

Check the battery charge level.
When the repeller is powered on, the battery indicator lights located below the power button will display the remaining charge:  If you miss the indicator, simply press the power button again to view the battery status.

3 solid lights = Fully charged

2 solid lights = approximately 50% charged

1 solid light = approximately 25% charged

If no battery lights appear, the battery may need to be recharged. Ensure the USB charging cable is securely connected and allow the device to charge fully

      2. Verify that the repeller is properly assembled.
Make sure the top half of the repeller is fully seated and correctly aligned with the bottom half. If the unit is not assembled properly, it will not power            on.

      3. Ensure the top cover is installed.
The top cover must be attached before turning on the repeller. If the cover is not in place, the device will not operate.

If the repeller still does not turn on after completing these steps, contact Pro Support or further assistance.

What do I do if my E-ZoneGuard Pro Rechargeable Refill leaks?

If your E-ZoneGuard Pro Rechargeable Refill leaks, please wipe off any repellent residue with a cloth or paper towel from the repeller. The refill should still be good to use in your repeller. Please wash hands after cleaning of the repellent cartridge.

The amount of liquid in a rechargeable refill cartridge varies by refill size and rated protection hours. Larger cartridges (36-hour and 40-hour) will appear mostly or completely full, while smaller cartridges (8-hour, 12-hour, and 18-hour) contain proportionally less liquid. Variations in liquid level are normal and do not indicate a leak.

If you believe your refill has leaked, please refer to the refill level chart Refill Level Chart for examples of normal fill levels at the time of purchase. If you still need assistance, please reach out to  Contact Us

Verify that the device is turned on. The repeller should display four solid LED lights, indicating it is operating correctly.

Turn the device on at least 15 minutes before use to allow the protection zone to fully establish.

Position the repeller in the center of the area you want to protect for optimal coverage.

Why does my E-ZoneGuard Pro Rechargeable Repeller show a low battery after being charged?

On initial production it is possible for the battery status indicator to remember the last power state prior to charging. Turn the unit on and recheck the battery status after 30 seconds. It will read the true level.

What does the red light on my E-ZoneGuard Pro Rechargeable Repeller indicate?
