My wife gave me this and since I waited too long to open it, it’s now completely worthless. The company is absolutely no help at all. Try texting the help number was as worthless as the product.

Took this on a trip to Boy Scout Summer Camp and enjoyed bug free evenings. Also enjoyed the absence of the zapping you get from most mosquito repellers.

While we've only used this a couple of times, the Radius Zone Mosquito Repellent works well out on our patio! I like the fact that it's portable and can be moved around the patio to cover where we are sitting.

Charged for over a day but won’t turn on. Battery dead out of box. Complete waste of time taking back tomorrow for refund. Do not recommend.

This product is awesome! We have been enjoying worry free, no mosquito buzzing, no mosquito slapping, and itch free summers since we bought this! Unfortunately, our unit did have a minor issue but online customer support came to the immediate rescue! A great mosquito repeller with even better customer support - what more could one ask for?
Works well but…

These repellents really work well. Extremely effective on our NH deck in the summer. I usually put two out to cover our whole area. However, with both the units I have the plastic broke in the area where the magnets are, causing the magnets to pull out and stick to the other side magnet, and the unit will not to close properly. I can reinstall the magnets in their proper location and close the unit and it operates fine, but this is a pain. The newer E55 units seem to have a less brittle plastic, but time will tell.

Purchased a month ago, works ok, definitely not a (zone) id say 6-7 feet, if there is any wind forget about it. Also the 40 hour refill? Got 12 hours and it was empty… probably buy another to see if it helps but not impressed with it, discouraging with all the rave reviews. Maybe mine is defective?!

Seems like hocus-pocus but, it really does keep the bugs away! Had an issue with my first unit but customer service stepped right up and took care of it. We are able to sit on our porch in peace without lathering up with bug spray.
